The Hioki 3540 mÙ HiTESTER is a high performance low resistance tester that includes comparator functions essential for component sorting; fast 16 times-per-second sampling, temperature compensation and auto-ranging make it ideal for component testing. There is a choice of output/control options to allow for production line integration, options include BCD output or RS232C interface through which all features of the instrument other than the power supply can be controlled remotely. Four terminal resistance measurements eliminate the effect of lead and contact resistance.
