A maximum of three smart sensors can be coupled with one another and each probe is capable of performing autonomous functions without transferring the heat. The remote sensor facilitates the positioning of the sensor heads 10m apart from the transmitter. All these parameters allow the utility of these sensors in a wide variety of industrial applications where recurrent use of the sensing devices least interrupt the functions. The calibrated data can be monitored straightaway from the transmitter display or can be monitored employing the online browser from the company’s network computers.
The base platform comprises a digital Ethernet connection for effective linking to the network and for information evaluation. The in-built web server facilities the easy and speedy fabrication of the sensor grids from any computer, without the addition of any software. The platform is equipped with four analog recorders that can be coupled to the controller of the system.
A portable monitoring system with nearly 500 transmitter units can be constructed without using any cable. The supreme sensitivity range and the encrypted two-way data transmission provide reliable communication of the information.
The E+E wire-free sensing systems are IP65 certified for their utility in extreme environments. The routers that operate wirelessly are accessible and are capable of extending the grids and its range or to evade the interruptions.
