Analog Devices was recently named a 2016 Clarivate Analytics Top 100 Global Innovator, recognizing its achievements as one of the world’s most innovative companies. Formerly known as the Thomson Reuters Top 100 Global Innovators award, companies to receive this honor excel in areas of research and development and worldwide impact. This is the fifth time in six years Analog Devices was recognized as such.
Clarivate Analytics determines the most innovative companies by analyzing the volume, success, globalization and influence of a company’s proprietary data. The methodology is based on number of patents filed, patent-grant success rate, the number of major world markets the patents are protected in and how often patents are cited by other organizations.
