A U.S. military organization is collaborating with Flexpoint Sensor Systems to develop an application for a patented technology of the company.

The company is presently conducting advanced testing of this technology after it successfully concluded preliminary demonstrations for the application.
Flexpoint is conducting discussions that are likely to result in a collaborative development and manufacturing agreement between the two parties. The government will provide funds to Flexpoint after successful conclusion of the advanced testing project. A joint agreement for development will be signed to complete the concept. The advanced testing project will be completed by late summer this year.
Flexpoint Sensor Systems’ President Clark Mower believes that this is likely to develop additional applications for his company’s unique technology and hopes to file the 10-k yearly report in a few days.
