Evolution Robotics has commenced taking pre-order reservations for its robotic floor cleaning gadget, known as ‘Mint Automatic Floor Cleaner’ that was introduced during January 2010.

Evolution Robotics’s CEO Paolo Pirjanian informed that Mints will perform the floor cleaning functions in the coming months enabling customers to spend their time in more enjoyable pursuits.
During the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show, Mint was selected for the Editor’s Choice award of Popular Electronics.
This gadget uses widely used cleaning cloths namely, Wet Cloths, Swiffer brand dry and the like, to dust and mop hard floor surfaces automatically. Like the washing machine and the dish washer, it is specially designed for cleaning hard surfaces and automates the process of floor cleaning.
It is adaptable to various home environments by utilizing several sensors and employs enhanced navigation technologies for performing a thorough and systematic floor cleaning process.
