Airborne Particles Sensors To Generate Real-Time Data

CyberOptics Semiconductor has designed a new line of wafer sensors - the Airborne Particle Sensor (APS). This is a hand-held particle sensor shrunken down to a wafer format. The APS uses a semiconductor process to counts the particles detected and then applies a Bluetooth application to communicate particle data. The use of a wireless communication system helps provide real-time data on particles to help maintain procedure qualities and yield issues.
