The IT-L6-02060 is a high performance, digital, fast and responsive 2K Quadlinear RGB + monochrome line scan CMOS imaging sensor. This sensor features four individual lines for independent red, green, blue, and monochrome channels. Each color contains its own exposure control making it easier for performing white calibration. The sensor has been optimized for high line rates (4 × 70 kHz) and low noise, while offering high quantum efficiency (QE) and high responsivity. The sensor uses FR4 packaging and is designed for ease-of-integration.
The pixel is available with 100% fill factor, global shutter capability, and true correlated double sampling (CDS) for low noise.
FR4 packaging provides simple interfacing and high signal integrity for quick system integration. The interface comprises of two 60-pin connectors, which contain input signals, such as clocks and voltages, EXSYNC (trigger), and output signals, such as data and strobe (s-LVDS). Access to the registers of the sensor is controlled via a serial-peripheral interface (SPI), and it is possible to monitor the temperature of the sensor.
The two 60-pin connectors on the IT-L6 share the same mechanical and electrical interface with the entire IT-L and IT-K sensor series, whereby the two 60-pin connectors and four mounting holes are located identically relative to one another besides having pin compatibility.
