Single-Piece Flow Detector: Flow Detect 2000

The single-piece Flow Detect 2000 flow detector from BinMaster is a flow/no flow detector that, in contrast to the two-piece flow detector, accommodates the remote sensor as well as the control console in a single NEMA 4X enclosure.

The Flow Detect 2000 helps avoid cross-contamination by guaranteeing flow has been halted before new material is added into the flow stream. It can help prevent possibly hazardous and expensive USDA, FSMA, or FDA compliance problems at facilities manufacturing food for animal or human consumption. It is suitable for detecting flow conditions of powders and solids in conveyor belts, feeders, pipelines, gravity chutes, or bucket elevators.
