Battery-Powered Laser Level Monitor: SPL-100|FVL-100

Level sensors can be mounted and powered on silos without the complication or cost of wiring. This single point laser can be installed rapidly through a 1.5" or 2" NPT connection on silos or in remote locations where inventory tracking has not been possible. Driven by a replaceable lithium battery, the SPL-100 can measure solids in silos up to 98 feet tall in low or no-dust surroundings.

BinMaster’s FVL-100 is designed to measure livestock feed in silos up to 35 feet tall. Both models capture interval readings from once every hour to once per day with a battery life of three to five years. The laser utilizes an in-built wireless LoRa long-range transceiver to transmit data to a LoRa modem. Data measurements from the SPL-100 are conveyed to the BinView web application or Binventory software for easy access from a user’s phone, desktop PC, or tablet. Data captured using the FVL-100 is used solely with the FeedView application.
