Besides the non-invasive flow measurement system for laboratory suites, em-tec BIOPROCESSING provides a system platform for multiple and concurrent flow measurement for GMP-oriented and industrial bioprocess technology in the form of the BioProTT™ FlowMCP.
Depending on the version, up to four flow channels can be measured and monitored simultaneously. Every BioProTT™ FlowMCP functions together with the BioProTT™ Clamp-On Transducers.
The BioProTT™ FlowMCPs has a space-saving design and comfortable DIN rail mounting, and thus can be combined optimally into the switch cabinet. Moreover, their complete compatibility with all BioProTT™ Clamp-On Transducers guarantees that the BioProTT™ FlowMCPs can be utilized in present systems and equipment in the industrial field.
With the help of a Modbus-TCP log, the quantified data of up to four sensors is loaded into the customer-specific process control system. For instance, this guarantees that based on the programming, the valves or the pump speed are regulated.
An additional analog interface of the BioProTT™ FlowMPC-a variants provides easier integration with a standard setting, and adjustment via the web interface.
