SDT’s CONMONSense Ultrasound Sensor is an independent, permanent mount sensor that is capable of integrating with usual industrial measuring systems.
CONMONSense offers accurate, persistent information on the health of the assets and electrical systems even under the hardest conditions.
The resonant piezo element present is fabricated for mechanical fault detection, ultrasound-assisted lubrication, and steam, valve, hydraulic and electrical defect monitoring.
A trustworthy indicator of the facility’s FITness is ultrasound. As for defect indications, the majority of the assets develop turbulence, friction and impact. CONMONSense identifies these events instantly and sends an analog signal to the connected measuring equipment.
CONMONSense has an output range from 4–20 mA or 0–10 V and mounts persistently to any asset to offer continuous condition monitoring data.
CONMONSense helps avoid unplanned downtime and also safeguards the plant and the colleagues.
With an output range from 4-20 mA or from 0-10 V, CONMONSense mounts permanently to any asset to give continuous condition monitoring data. Use CONMONSense to avoid any unplanned downtime and put the safety of the plant and colleagues first.
Three Types of Sensors
CONMONSense Contact Sensor
Permanent contact/structure (IP65) sensor helps monitor valves, bearings, hydraulics systems, steam traps and rotating assets, even the slowest ones.

CONMONSense Airborne Sensors
CONMONSense Airborne is obtainable in enclosed (IP65) and open (IP40) versions for an electrical system inspection.

It offers continuous condition monitoring data by permanently connecting to any asset. The three sensors are available with an output range of 0–10 V or 4–20 mA based on the device that it is hooked to.
The sensors fitted with 4–20 mA output can be utilized along with compatible industrial measurement systems that measure voltage or current like PLC measurement modules, data acquisition boards, SCADA and DCS systems.
The sensors equipped with 0–10 V output are designed particularly for use with Vigilant.
CONMONSense helps avoid unplanned downtime and prioritizes the safety of the facility and employees.
