LVDT Amplifiers for Reluctance Transducers

The LVDT/D and LVDT/A amplifiers facilitate a broad-range of signal conditioning for the RVDT and LVDT transducers. They have been widely exploited with reluctance transducers, involving particular differential pressure sensing units. They are available in two different versions known as the LVDT/D, which is DC activated and the LVDT/A for 18-24V DC or 115/230V AC functionality.

The 20mV and 10V transducer sensitivities are attained by the coupling of a fine trim potentiometer and DIL switch settings. Such identical set ups offer any 'zero' errors in the transducers and can be utilized to offset the values by a maximum of +/-35 % of complete scale.

A DC to 200Hz frequency response is provided and the low on-board pass filter can be changed to lower the high-frequency modulations or induced electrical disruptions for supplying constant measurements even during extreme conditions.

A sequence of output functionalities for power and uni-polar or bi-polar voltage can be designed by DIL switching configurations. Both the AC and DC series are based on common board-enabled and are incorporated in an ABS case, satisfying the IP65 standard.
