NuNano Scout 350 HAR AFM Probe

The Scout 350 HAR available from NuNano comes as a pack of 10 silicon AFM probes that operate in AC mode and have a tip with a high aspect ratio. The Scout 350 HAR is best suited for deep trench imaging in air, on stable softer samples, and on hard samples, by making use of non-contact/tapping modes.

The Scout 350 HAR probes also come with an aluminum or gold reflex backside coating or even without a coating.
