OEM Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors Transducers MPM Series

Micro Sensor has been manufacturing piezo-resistive pressure sensors (isolation measuring cells) since the1990s. Now we offer a series of pressure sensors with digital or analog output signal (I²C, SPI, mV), in different diameter (19mm, 17mm, 15mm, 12.6mm), made of different material (SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy and Tantalum).

MPM3801 Digital Pressure Sensor

MPM3801 measures both pressure and temperature value, and communicates by I²C or SPI interface protocol, using an integrated circuit for temperature compensation and non-linearity correction.

MPM3801A Digital Pressure Transmitter

MPM3801A has two types of structure with threaded connection, both use MPM3801 as sensing element. Type I is same to transmitter in structure, has both electrical and process connection. Type II has process connection, and flying leads as electrical connection.

MPM280 series are basic pressure sensor / measuring cell with isolation structure, optional in process connection, and flying leads as electrical connection. It has various material options including SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy and Tantalum.
