Prices, availability, and delivery times of products as well as comparing specifications or choosing suitable accessories – PI's new online shop offers comprehensive information on a large number of PI products. Customers benefit from the basic advantages of an online shop, e. g. round-the-clock availability, no waiting times and independence from consultants.
“With the online shop, we offer instant access to important information on catalogue products, thus simplifying the ordering process tremendously. Our highly skilled and experienced sales force will still be happy to administer to questions and consulting needs our customers may have," says Markus Hanemann, Sales Manager e-Commerce at PI. He is convinced of the shop’s benefits: “Existing as well as potential new customers can gather information on PI products on offer in the online shop without having to sign up.”
