BinMaster has introduced a small, rugged continuous level measurement sensor called the SmartBob-TS1 that is suitable for operations involving storage and process bins that store bulk solids or powders.

The SmartBob-TS1 sensor weight 4.5 kg and can be efficiently used in high noise and airborne dust environment that affect the performance of existing continuous level equipment.
The SmartBob-TS1 sends bin level information that can be seen from a control console fitted at the bins’ base, with eBob software installed onto a PC or through BinView Web-based software that is also capable of sending emails and alerts automatically to a cell phone or a smartphone.
The sensor provides various communication choices such as RS-485 wired network functionalities, handy 4 to 20 mA outputs and wireless communications through an optional integrated 900 MHz wireless modem.
The SmartBob-TS1 can effectively measure the levels of pellets, powders, plastic resins, granules and all kinds of dry bulk solids in compact bins, silos and tanks. It is used in operations such as swine and poultry, seed storage plants, plastics manufacturing industry, farms and feed mills.
