Radiation Sensor for Industrial Manufacturing

The Sensor Connection has unveiled a Radiator Core and Tube Surface Thermocouple.

The small footprint of the device makes it suitable for use in applications such as testing heat exchangers, radiators in the automotive and industrial segments, compressors etc. It is primarily ideal for testing surface temperatures.

The Type J device operates within temperature ranging from -45 to 175 °C. Fabricated from copper, the sensing pad has a 0.08x0.09x0.03inch size. It can be linked to surfaces using bonding adhesive. It has an insulated wire 30 AWG Teflon used for signal processing. Besides heat exchangers, the product can also be used in solar panels and liquid cooled radiators. The US manufactured dependable product can also be applied in laboratory tests, and the manufacturing segment.
