CEO of Clear Align to Give Keynote Address at Women in Optics Meeting

CEO and President at Clear Align, Angelique X. Irvin will be the keynote speaker at the Women in Optics meeting of the SPIE Defense, Security and Sensing Conference which is to be held on the April 6, 2010.

Clear Align provides fiber optic, laser sensors and custom imaging for applications in the aerospace and military space.

Angelique sees this presentation as an opportunity for sharing her expertise and knowledge in the optics field.

Referred to as Fueling Technical Innovation, Culture and Tactics Learned from Bell Laboratories, the presentation will focus on her experience in AT&T Bell Laboratories, the time during which Angelique headed a team that focused on taking technology commercialization to the next level. She has a rich entrepreneurial and corporate experience in companies such as AT&T Bell Laboratories, AT&T Microelectronics, NEC, Coviant and Clear Align. Part of her experience at AT&T Bell Laboratories included leading a team that developed optical assembly facilities.

Angelique stated that the company’s development team constantly develops new process discoveries and patents by focusing on technology innovation. Her presentation is centered on endorsing R&D company leaders’ managerial development skills.
