The smart sensor concept with an in-built web interface and compact size is unique internationally.The optoNCDT 1320/1420 laser sensors, founded on the triangulation measuring principle, perform non-contact displacement, position, and distance measurements. Owing to their low weight coupled with compact size, the optoNCDT 1320/1420 sensors can be easily combined into narrow installation spaces and are ideally suited for applications where high accelerations take place, for example, in pick-and-place machines or on the robot arm. The high-performance optical system projects the small light spot strongly onto the measurement object which allows for the detection of the tiniest components in a reliable manner. The ideal price/performance ratio also makes these sensors especially appealing.
