Tubular-Type Sensors from VDO

Tubular-type sensors are advanced devices that are primarily used for measuring the fuel level in an electrical display unit. Certain sensors are grounded, while those sensors which are not grounded have a separate ground connection.

The tubular-type sensor types in the product range consist of:

  • Without warning contact, common ground or insulated return (ø 54 mm)
  • Without warning contact, common ground or insulated return (ø 80 mm)
  • Without warning contact, common ground or insulated return (special)
  • With warning contact, common ground or insulated return (ø 54 mm)

In addition, tubular-type sensors can be fitted with a warning contact to alert the reaching of a fuel level limit (reserve) and also for constant measuring.
