Developed by specialists who have made Vitrek an international leader in electrical safety testing products, the hipot testers of the company serve a variety of different industries. Every series of hipot testers is developed to tackle AC and DC hipot, and some models also have the potential to quantify IR insulation resistance.
Vitrek produces two varied series of hipot and electrical safety testers. Such hipot testers have been developed to suit the testing application of the user. Each series provides six models with various electrical safety test functions and abilities.
- The 95X Series hipot tester presents high output power with a broad variety of output voltages integrated with outstanding leakage current resolution
- The V7X series hipot tester provides excellent performance in a lightweight, cheaper format
Every hipot tester of Vitrek comes standard with a range of computer interfaces to streamline test automation straight out of the box and could be employed with Vitrek’s QTPro software.
Integrate Hipot safety testers with one of the High Voltage Switching Systems of Vitrek for a complete multi-point hipot testing solution, where the tester controls everything. Every Hipot and Electrical Safety Tester of Vitrek comes with the promise to offer top-class customer support—before, during, and after the sale.
Vitrek 95X Series Hipot and Electrical Safety Testers
The 95X Series hipot testers comprise six models that provide the utmost AC hipot voltages of 6 or 10 KVAC rms and the utmost DC hipot voltages of 6.5, 11, or 15 KVDC.
The high-powered 95X series offers a maximum of 200 mA of sourcing for AC hipot and a maximum of 50 mA of sourcing for DC hipot—considerably more output power compared to most other hipot testers.
The 95X series is available with a 40 amp Ground Bond capacity and leakage current resolution down to 0.1 nano-amp.
