Sensors.com, Mocana Collaborate to Deliver Secure Silicon-to-Cloud IoT Products

Mocana and Sensors.com today announced a strategic collaboration to enable product companies to deliver secure connected products for the Internet of Things (IoT). This collaboration brings together Mocana’s industrial grade security code and Sensors’ Silicon-to-Cloud connectivity platform allowing customers to secure their IoT products as well as securely update, manage and control these products from a cloud service of their choice.

    • WiOS, a secure wired and wireless connectivity operating system for IoT devices. WiOS is designed to work on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled products from large silicon vendors as well as Sensors.com’ own ACKme branded modules to help customers build embedded apps in weeks
    • a device management, and monitoring/control cloud component that runs on the customers’ cloud of choice
    • a mobile app software development kit that helps customers build mobile apps for IoT devices in weeks
