Flexpoint Sensor Systems has announced that the company has received an additional procurement order from Intertek for its products that include bend sensors and related electronics. The company designs and produces a vehicle system that includes four sensors, a control unit and a display unit.
Intertek is using the products for its Protek Passenger Awareness System based on the bend sensor technology. The Jacksonville, Florida-based company is a provider of safety equipments and seat belt systems to the automobile industry including emergency medical automobiles and transit and school vehicles. It provides enhanced supply chain solutions to its manufacturing clients.
Flexpoint plans to exhibit its new products at the Los Angeles Auto Show scheduled to be held between November 19th and 28th.
