Kistler Instruments to Showcase Latest Version of Injection Cavity Pressure Monitoring System at Medtec Ireland 2013

On Stand 404 at Medtec Ireland 2013, Kistler Instruments will be showing the latest versions of its maXYmos XY monitoring system and CoMo Injection cavity pressure monitoring system for injection moulding plus a range of precision sensors.

The clean room certified NCFT electro-mechanical press fit system with integral force-displacement-monitoring will be shown on video being used for QA testing of inhalers.

The latest version of the Kistler XY monitoring system, the maXYmos TL, has increased capability with up to 8 XY channel pairs and compatibility with a wide range of sensor types. With many PLC communication protocols available, maXYmos TL is an ideal solution for a variety of demanding process monitoring applications.

Kistler CoMo Injection

The latest Kistler CoMo Injection cavity pressure monitoring system introduces mould recognition and automatic loading of mould data making mould connection and setting easier and faster during mould changes.  Synchronized processing of uniform evaluation objects for pressure monitoring multi-cavity moulds is now significantly easier.

Kistler NCFT Servo Press Module

Suitability for use in cleanrooms to ISO standard and enhanced low force measurement are just two of the outstanding attributes of the new Kistler Type 2157B NCFT electromechanical, servo press module.  These new features make the new module particularly suitable for use in processes with small test and joining forces, such as sensitive press-fit operations and test routines in the medical and precision product sectors.
