DryCal® 1020 & 1500 Flow Calibration Systems

This potent calibrator is revolutionizing flow calibration with its proprietary DryCal® Technology. It is able to measure between 5 and 1500 standard liters per minute (slpm), more than 10 times the volume of any other piston prover available.

Weighing just 90 lbs, the device is portable, marking a significant and welcome advancement over the heavy bell provers that labs have previously used.

Less than 70% humidity is required for use with non-corrosive, non-condensing, non-combustible gases.

The DryCal primary piston provers can be combined with Mesa's novel Integrator Pro to set up an analog MFC and MFM calibration station and to power and control up to two voltage and two current mass flow devices simultaneously.

  • Proven DryCal technology: Accurate and dependable gas flow readings regardless of the gas species being monitored
  • Innovative: Use a benchtop device with a 1500 slpm upstream flow-metering capacity in place of large bell provers
  • Easy to set up and use: Simple push-button operation and plug-and-play installation
  • Expertise and quality: ±0.08% scope of NIST's NVLAP accreditation for gas flow: the company offers more than two decades of experience in system consulting, training, installations, and custom solutions (NVLAP Lab Code 200661-0)
