SERVOFLO High Pressure Ceramic Sensors for Medical Applications

ME75X Ceramic Pressure Sensing sequence from SERVOFLO has the potential to monitor high pressures in medical conditions.

Ceramic pressure Sensors

These monolithic piezoresistive ceramic sensors can be obtained in numerous gauge pressures within a range of 2 to 400 bar.

The integrated ASIC supplies an intensive and validated output. The devise is operative at a thermal range in the order of -25 °C to +125°C with three different output functionalities, featuring a 0.5 V to 4.5V ratiometric, 4mA to 20mA, or 0-10V non-ratiometric output. During a thermal deviation, the inner electronics undergoes a span and offset correction operation with age identification and compensation. The diameter of the devise is 18mm with intense linearity and recurrency in the order of <0.2% to <1.5% based on the pressure series, providing an entire precision of <1% on complete-scale.
