Conducell 4U×F Conductivity Sensor

The Conducell 4U×F Arc 4-pole conductivity sensors have a VP8 connector and PG13,5 process connections. The Arc technology incorporated in these sensors enables the storage of calibrations within the sensor itself, providing predictive diagnostics, automated documentation, and user and process assignment features.

These sensors can be directly connected to the control system, eliminating the need for a transmitter. Their compatibility with various communication protocols enables simple integration.

These Conducell 4U×F sensors are FDA-certified and can be utilized in hygienic applications, as they are compatible with CIP, SIP, and autoclave processes, offering excellent linearity across a wide range of conductivity levels.

The electrodes for these sensors come in different materials, including Stainless Steel (USF, 1.4435, & UHF, 2.4602), Platinum (UPtF), and Titanium (UTF). Stainless steel 1.4435 is the most commonly used electrode material suitable for typical biopharmaceutical applications.

Platinum can be utilized for long-term stability and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel 2.4602 can be used in extremely corrosive or chemically aggressive applications because of its remarkable resilience. Titanium is particularly suited for use with corrosion, such as seawater.

Arc Sensor Cables

M12 or Variopin connectors are included with genuine Hamilton cables for Hamilton Arc sensors. The Arc sensor is programmed using these cables, which are also utilized for direct connections to the bioreactor or control system.
