The colorCONTROL ACS7000 is a cutting-edge inline color measurement system. Unlike conventional technologies, this system identifies colors not only by comparing against reference values but also by analyzing the reflection spectrum, ensuring their accurate differentiation.
Owing to its exceptionally high measurement speed, the colorCONTROL ACS7000 is well-suited for applications requiring real-time evaluation of colors and shades with very high accuracy. Its outstanding measurement precision also makes the system suitable for laboratory use, including industrial research and development.
Various sensor models are available for all your measurement needs.
Standard Sensor ACS1

The standard ACS1 sensor is designed for typical measurement applications. The transmitter and receiver within the sensor are positioned at a 30°/0° angle to one another, resulting in a working distance of 50 mm. An optional adapter allows the sensor to be used for contact-based measurements.
- Measurement spot: Ø 9 mm
- Measurement distance: 50 mm
- Measurement geometry: 30° ×:0°
Circular Sensor ACS2

The circular ACS2 sensor is designed for color measurement on textured and highly reflective surfaces, as well as on glossy metals. Within the sensor, 24 illumination optics are arranged in a ring around the receiving optics to provide uniform lighting, allowing measurements to be performed independently of the angular orientation of the target object. Two ACS2 versions are available, offering different measurement distances and spot sizes.
- Measurement spot: ø5 / 3 x 2 mm / 9 mm
- Measurement distance: 28 mm / 27.5 mm / 28.5 mm
- Measurement geometry: 45° c:0°
Transmission Sensor ACS3

The ACS3 transmission sensor measures the color of both self-illuminating and transparent objects. When evaluating self-luminous objects, only the receiver unit is required; for transparent materials, both a transmitter and a receiver unit are required. The transmitter and receiver can be easily secured using a mounting set.
