The HandySens-G from Opsens is a small and portable signal conditioner that has been specifically designed to be utilized with any of the GaAs fiber optic temperature sensors available.
At the core of the HandySens-G is the Opsens’ Semiconductor Band Gap (SCBG) technology that offers a means for creating precise measurements of the temperature-dependent bandgap position of GaAs crystal.
The HandySens-G unit is considered to be the latest generation of Opsens’ signal conditioners fitted with advanced technologies. Being highly versatile, it assists an extensive range of fiber optic temperature sensors and provides a measurement sampling rate of 250 Hz.
The HandySens-G has been fitted with a large and practical 5.0″ touchscreen display and could be battery-operated for remote monitoring projects.
The single-channel signal conditioner could be regulated directly with the help of the touchscreen display or remotely utilizing Ethernet Interface 10/100 Base-T and/or USB for real-time data acquisition. The unit is fitted with internal storage to offer the needed autonomy in remote locations.
