Amphenol Enters Acquisition Deal for GE’s Advanced Sensors Business

Amphenol Corporation announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Advanced Sensors Business of GE for approximately $318 million (subject to a post closing working capital adjustment). The sale is subject to certain regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions and is expected to close prior to year end.
