New IPX Range Sensors from Novotechnik

Novotechnik launches its novel IPX series rotary position sensing units having extended mechanical movement and repeatability in the range of 0.002% with 350° calibration capabilities.

These advanced sensing devices are IP69 K sealed and are shielded in an enclosure having 79 mm. The TX2 range can be obtained in a unique and completely redundant secondary channel sequence with a functional life-span of over 100 million cycles. The combination of stainless steel shafts, anodized aluminum enclosures and the IP standard of the sensors furnish resistance to splash and salt water. The TX2 version is also configured to perform under extreme thermal environments ranging from -40°C to +120 °C and is well suited for applications in intense humidity, shock, and vibrational conditions.
