Richmond-based Y-cam Solutions, a company that supplies cost- efficient and user friendly remote controlled products that are deployed in homes and small-to-medium sized business ventures, is collaborating with Real Solutions Haarlem to distribute Y-cam products in The Netherlands.
This development will ensure that retailers of IT products in the Netherlands will be better placed to offer small business houses and homes cost- effective and user friendly solutions to their IT safety issues. The company’s cameras are available with a range of features customized to suit specific businesses, such as internal and externals models, night vision solutions, and alarms on sighting suspicious movement. They can also be operated continuously without a computer, ensuring cost- efficient operations. While some of these models can be used as stand-alones, others can be used with an on-camera recording feature through a microSD memory card. All models can be linked to almost any NAS drive using the company’s NAS-Ready option, so that retailers can offer prompt and easy solutions to safety issues.
All products are available with the VMS/NVR software for Windows and Mac. The company’s MultiLive is an alternative to a DVR or monitor. The MultiLive controls and records images received from the 36 IP cameras simultaneously on a centrally located computer. It also ensures use of this software through a phone from any destination across the world.
Also offered free of cost are various applications that can be used in the iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Symbian platforms.
