AirTest Technologies (AirTest ) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a Swiss-based company, Jaquet Technology Group (Jaquet) regarding its infrared gas sensor technology called zero drift.
AirTest and Jaquet have been planning to develop certain products for large-scale commercial and industrial applications. Under the terms of the LOI, Jaquet will carry out the engineering assessment of the product to evaluate the technical problems associated with product production as well as the steps required to advance the deal.
Jaquet is excited to work with AirTest to bring advanced zero drift gas sensing technology into the market. The company can assist AirTest to attain both quality and cost requirements for its target markets.
AirTest's agreement with Jaquet signifies a first step in designing and producing products for high-end applications in commercial and industrial gas measurement.
