CNCR-400 compact non-contact radar sensors from BinMaster monitor levels of bulk solids, liquids, and powders used in sanitary processing applications.
These small radar units gauge bins, tanks, hoppers, mixers, and other containers up to 49 ft (15 m). Measuring just 6” (152 mm) in length, 1.5” (38 mm) in diameter, and featuring no dead zone, CNCR-400 sensors install easily in nearly any vessel. Their dependable accuracy of ± 0.2” (5 mm) remains stable despite dust, moisture buildup, temperature or pressure variations, and material accumulation.
Stainless steel CNCR-400 sensor enclosures carry IP66/67/69 ratings for protection against moisture and chemical exposure. The radar devices are certified for 3A, FDA, and EHEDG applications, in addition to standard industrial environments.
With Bluetooth connectivity, setup and configuration are straightforward. CNCR-400 sensors connect to existing control systems through IO-Link. Level data may also be transmitted to cloud-based BinCloud® software to enable remote monitoring of multiple bins or facilities from any location at any time using a phone, tablet, or PC.

- CNCR-400.DD: Includes an integrated digital display on the sensor face and a programmable light ring indicator; measurements appear on the display for close viewing, while the light ring remains visible from a distance to provide quick inventory status recognition.
- CNCR-400.LRI: Equipped with a programmable light ring indicator; level alert settings and light ring colors can be defined and modified through Bluetooth to help prevent potential contamination exposure
- CNCR-400.SS: All-metal stainless-steel version designed for hygienic applications where visual level indication is unnecessary
