The BMRX-300 is BinMaster’s most advanced rotary level indicator, equipped with a full fail-safe system that alerts users to motor failure, electronic malfunctions, or power loss, making it suitable for use in process control applications.
BMRX-300 displays bin status via a highly visible, built-in LED light, and can also be wired to a horn for audible alerts. It is ideal for a large range of bulk solids, including pellets, powders, or granular materials.
Rotaries can be mounted at the top of a bin using a shaft extension, on either side of the bin, or in cones and hoppers for high-, mid-, and low-level detection.
The sensor’s status indicator is RED when the paddle is in a covered condition, which stops the rotation.
When the bin is emptied or material falls away, the paddle starts to rotate and the color changes to GREEN. This allows users to prevent overfills or dry runs by simply checking the levels in the bin or silo.
The BMRX-300’s motor “de-energizes” once the shaft stops turning and material comes into contact with the paddle, optimizing energy costs and prolonging the sensor’s service life.
BinMaster provides a range of polyethylene and stainless-steel paddles, in single and three-vane designs, to accommodate a large scope of applications and industries.
