SC-integrity, Inc., a leading supplier of supply chain visibility and tracking solutions and Moog Crossbow, the smart sensor technology division of Moog Inc., a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision motion control products and systems, today announced a cooperative effort to provide a global supply chain information and visibility service to major shippers of goods.
The parties will provide comprehensive sensing and determination of product integrity as it moves through air transit required transport. The turnkey, managed service, program will be offered on a per trip charge basis without the need to purchase any hardware and will include monitoring, tracking, and feedback services to assure that high value, critical goods in transit are protected and meet specified regulatory shipping requirements.
Moog Crossbow's ILC 2000 asset and sensing product, with its air transit compliant capabilities will provide real time information to LoJack SCI's SC iOn Command web portal monitoring system and the LoJack SCI 24/7 monitoring team will ensure that sensitive shipment protocols are maintained and that a wide range of compliance requirements are assured.
LoJack SCI and Moog Crossbow have agreed to offer this service globally in both cold chain and general cargo tracking requirements that are air transit denominated. "We understand that the condition sensitive market has requirements which are much more stringent than general cargo transport, and our partnership with Moog Crossbow brings a quantum leap in our ability to bring solutions that are comprehensive and address all risk factors in this specialized market. The companies will provide seamless turnkey service bundles, alleviating customers from having to construct extensive visibility, protection, and compliance monitoring programs.
