New Sensor Directory from MFGpartners

MFGpartners, a leading American Machine Shops Network (AMSN) in association with the Industrial Leaders Group, has released a sequence of directories for use in foundries, job shops, manufacturers, labs, and for various other firms procuring varied sensors.

According to the company the major release involved the supply of proximity, humidity, motion, gravity, sound, electrical fields, vibration and magnetic sensors along with modified sensing devices for OEMs and various other machine building, electronics and industrial process applications.

Robert Baker, spokeswoman at MFGpartners, stated that the sensor directory functions as a web-oriented trade place and provides purchase assistance to a wide range of sensors available from foreign and domestic manufacturers.

According to Baker, the sensing units available online are based on its type and are configured in such a way as to furnish precise flexibility to the calibrated unit, non-responsive to its operation in various other parameters and are least affected by the calibrated unit to provide accurate monitoring, evaluation and signal processing.

Baker commented that these directories help identifying various sensors for use in specialized purposes and can be of assistance for differentiating varied devices applicable for unique facilities and to identify other companies that supply such devices.
