Hardy Instruments has launched innovative sensors and load points for use in tension or compression applications. The Advantage sensors and load points are specifically developed to provide high performance for process weighing purposes and range from 44 lbs to 600,000 lbs in weight.
Advantage Load Sensors
The load sensors are manufactured from stainless steel and contains highly economical NPT conduit adapter. The hermetic enclosure is IP68 certified for moisture protection, on-board electronic certs, and matched factors for uncomplicated integration of sensor without requiring any corner modifications. A Hardy C2 memory chip is integrated in the load cells to provide instant electronic measurements without using test weights.
The mounting hardware directs the load precisely to the sensor, reduces moment sensitivity, resists angular effects yet allows thermal contraction and expansion on the weighing system. Every load point is equipped with an anti-lift off protection and a grounding strap for improved reliability. All Advantage load points are IP68 and NTEP Class III certified to ensure extended utility.
