Intelligent Instrumentation has developed an advanced software and hardware solution featuring VSSA Biometric Strong User Authentication along with TGS/400 Time Gathering System for use in remote fingerprint verification on major, reliable iSeries servers of IBM.
The unique user enrollment system facilitates the employee to clock in and out from the company’s LANpoint Time Clock having proven SecuGen biometric sensing devices. The Fingerprint authentication is maintained on a fundamental iSeries server.
The biometric time management solutions aid the elimination of unauthorized clock-in, or buddy punching activity. The LANpoint Time Clock is equipped with a TGS/400 system having VSSA and provides reliable, employee credentials as well as non-restricted user capacity. This solution guards personal confidentiality using highly reliable biometric minutiae technology, deleting the storage of fingerprint images and prevents reproduction of a fingerprint image.
These employee biometric credentials are secretly saved and compared using VSSA at a protected server, with TGS/400. A fully, centralized audit track is generated for each transaction for compliance and regulatory requisites. The TGS/400 marks faultless incorporation of Infinium Payroll Masterfiles and widely accepted payroll accounting packages. The users can also use their biometric VSSA credentials for network logons and for use with the elective VSSA API Toolkit.
