OKM's Undercover Metal Detector

The device looks like a walking stick. A modern and powerful Android Smart Phone is deployed to monitor it.

It is nicknamed Rover UC (UnderCover). The walking stick is a telescopic antenna and the information gathered by both the stick and the smart phone transmitted by the  Bluetooth software in the phone is immediately flashed on the smart phone screen.

It allows data exchange between the telescopic antenna (walking stick) and the Smart Phone that takes place via the Bluetooth. The measured data of the underground will be displayed right away on the touchscreen of the Android Smart Phone. The product is being showcased at the Detection Technology Expo 2011 in Kuwait.
