Siemens Releases New Range of Flush-Mounting Sensors

Siemens Building Technologies Division, a leading provider of energy efficient solutions for “green buildings”, has released the new flush-mounting sensor models in its Symaro Environmental Portfolio range.

Siemens Symaro sensors

These sensors can be used with different types of recessed conduit boxes and fit with the standard installation frames.

Siemens Symaro sensors are designed for quick and accurate measurements of carbon dioxide (CO2), mixed gas and volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations, and acquisition of temperature, pressure and humidity readings in indoor air.

Siemens is offering the new Symaro sensors in active and passive versions. The sensors can be integrated with new, as well as existing applications and systems. The active versions of the sensors are configurable for output signals ranging from 0-20mA, 4-20mA, DC 0-5V and DC 0-10V. They can also be matched to various types of controls and the corresponding electrical installations.
