GF Piping Systems has added a new chlorine analyser system to its control and measurement product line for potable water.
GF Piping Signet 4630 Chlorine Analyser System
The Signet 4630 system can measure free chlorine in applications that have stable pH, chlorine and temperature levels. It can be used for various applications including water distribution, swimming pools, water parks, aquariums, HVAC cooling water, surface and ground water monitoring, and RO membrane protection.
The analyser is a fully integrated system based on amperometric sensing technology, which removes the necessity for reagents and enables real time accurate measurement. The Signet 4630 has a built-in flow regulator, clear flow cell, rotameter, filter, sensors, backlit LCD display and a weatherproof exterior panel. It features two dry contact type mechanical relays and two 4-20 mA outputs. The flow cell can house a pH sensor and chlorine sensor.
The flow regulator reduces bubbles by controlling the flow stream across the membrane, leading to better system accuracy. The analyzer is simple to install and easy to maintain. The flow cell can be opened to remove algae and clean hard water deposits.
