SunTech Medical Introduces Disposable Sensor Cuffs for Measuring Blood Pressure

SunTech Medical has launched a new line of disposable blood pressure cuffs.

Stephanie Monk, who is the Senior Product Manager at SunTech, explained that the new line of disposable blood pressure measuring cuff is the sensor and is the primary contact point for obtaining precise information for every measurement and are designed to meet the increasing demand for automated blood pressure measurement at hospitals and at the doctor’s clinics. The disposable cuffs come with a tapered end for easier fastening and are made up of a soft material that increases the comfort for the patients. The cuffs have external and internal range indicators that give accurate readings. The disposable cuffs are free from contamination and the risk of spreading the infection from one person to another is eliminated.

Dayn McBee, the CEO of SunTech, reiterated that contamination control and the wearing comfort are provided by the new disposable cuff. The new range of disposable cuffs come as a complete package that can be used for general measurements and special blood pressure measurements. The cuffs can be used to cater to a broad range of medical diagnostic applications.
