The EAZY-GAGE Bundle, which combines the EAZY-CAL Mini-module LVDT Signal conditioner with an AC-operated LVDT Position Sensors for out of box gaging solutions, has been released by Macro Sensors, a subsidiary of AST Sensors.
The EAZY-GAGE Bundle offers a complete calibrated and linear position gaging system and could be used as position or dimensional measurement in forges, automotive factories, foundries, paper or plastic film plants, metal fabricating shops, process control and industrial process automation applications.
The EAZY-GAGE Bundle offers an easy-to–use, low-cost solution for operators without the ability or equipment to carry out calibrations. There is also no need to specify gage heads and electronics from various sources and calibrate them together. This solution could be specified with a range of Macro Sensors’ GHSA/R 750 series position sensors, which come in stroke ranges from 0.10” to 4.00”.
Inside each EAZY-GAGE Bundle, the signal conditioner and the transducer are individually serialized to avoid mismatching in the field. Each EAZY-GAGE bundle provides full calibration information and comes along with a NIST traceable calibration certification or a Certificate of Calibration.
