Dreamtrap Introduces Sleep Monitoring and Waking System

Dreamtrap has introduced the EASYWAKEme which is a system to monitor sleep and waking times. The system is basically an alarm clock which analyses a person’s sleep patterns and cycles and stages through body movements.

EASYWAKEme, the innovative sleep monitoring alarm

The alarm uses the proprietary 3D Adaptive Sleep Capture technology, which analyses the body’s characteristics and measures the actual duration of sleep. It also determines the ideal moment that the person can be awakened, which will result in minimization of wake-up stress.

The alarm can be worn around the wrist or the ankle and also comes with Bluetooth technology to be compatible with mobile phones. Users of the alarm need to enter a time range that is required for them to be awakened. They can also choose the kind of music that is desired for the wake up tone or go with the vibration mode. The EASYWAKEme tracks a person’s sleep patterns and stores them for later review. Users can view this data by uploading it to the EASYWAKEme website and thus review their personal sleep patterns and sleep charts. This will help them to get a better understanding about their overall health. The alarm is compatible with the Blackberry and Symbian phone models and in the future it will be made compatible with the Android and iPhone. The product is now available for commercial use through its dedicated online web store.
