The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has presented the prestigious WaterSense Label to Rain Bird’s revolutionary Simple-to-Set (SST) Smart Controller, based on its proven water conservation efficiency in the lawn and garden.

Based on the proprietary technology analogous to that of Rain Bird’s weather sensing smart irrigation controllers, Rain Bird’s SST Smart Irrigation Controller optimizes zone-by-zone watering schedules according to specific watering needs within individual landscape, followed by automatic adjustment in watering with respect to the varying weather conditions, which led to achieving utmost water efficiency.
The weather-sensing SST Smart Controller has been designed to ensure simple installation and operation efficiency to its users. This innovation also offers a new package of water-efficiency features that promote maximum versatility, usability, and efficient watering over extreme environmental conditions.
Water saving self-adjusting weather sensing technology uses a smart controller for monitoring the temperature and rainfall and accordingly adjusts the watering schedules. Based on an integrated database of weather information, the controller ensures excellent optimization of watering.
