OleumTech WIO Pressure Monitoring System Integrated with AST Sensors

OleumTech, a provider of industrial automation systems, recently declared that New Jersey-Based American Sensor Technologies (AST) will be an authorized distributor of high quality pressure sensors.

The AST pressure sensors are recognized to form a part of OleumTech's wireless pressure monitoring solution that comprises Wireless Pressure Transmitter and a pressure sensor, and OleumTech WIO Wireless Gateway. It can be effectively adopted in an extensive range of industrial pressure and level (hydrostatic) monitoring applications. This solution is ideally suited for applications in risky and remote situations.

According to the COO of OleumTech, Vrej Isa, the company is honored to work co-operatively with AST. OleumTech long-term adoption of AST's submersible level sensors has proved a success. The excellent value, efficiency, accuracy, durability, convenience and reliability of AST's sensors have been demonstrated to be successful and efficient with OleumTech’s monitoring solutions for use within remote and dangerous locations. In addition, the company anticipates integrating its wireless wellhead monitoring solutions with AST's non-submersible pressure sensors that can also be used within OleumTech’s industrial pressure monitoring applications. OleumTech extends its complete support to AST sensors.

According to American Sensor Technologies’ VP of Business Development, Karmjit Sidhu, OleumTech is a well-established company with expertise in wireless automation. The markets and applications are similar for both AST and OleumTech and this collaboration will promote market share for both companies. Sidhu added that AST is honored to serve as OleumTech’s pressure sensor supplier.
