Implant Sciences Corporation, a high technology supplier of systems and sensors for homeland security and defense markets, announced today it recently shipped a mixture of QS-B220 and QS-H150 explosives trace detectors against a $3,500,000 purchase order the Company had announced on July 18, 2013.
The total value of systems shipped so far is approximately $925,000, leaving a remaining shippable balance of approximately $2.6 million.
"A large order with an extended delivery schedule, such as this one, is important to us as we grow our business. It allows us to expand our manufacturing capability in a controlled manner, knowing that the increased capacity will be utilized," stated Implant Sciences' President and CEO, Glenn D. Bolduc.
