Schmidt Technology’s flow sensors guarantees fixed excess pressure and thus operational security in clean rooms. If flow sensors like SS 20.400 are deployed, the energy production can be enhanced by their regulated air volume arrangements.
Unusually high capacity flows are necessary in the air conditioning equipment to procure overpressure. To keep energy costs at minimum air overpressure should be equivalent to the minimum requirements of standard EN ISO 14644 (between 5 and 20 Pa) and then maintained at a steady pace. The SS 20.400 with a thermopile sensor as the Bedplate, installed in a 50 mm diameter aperture, has a preliminary value flow velocity of 0.05 m/s which is far less that that of a differential pressure sensor. Hence it is able to perceive even minuscule pressure differences. It can also detect reverse flows because of its bidirectional comprehension.
Thus the use of these sensors has notably upgraded cleanroom security and streamlines energy consumption.
