IWT’s Next Generation Coyote UGSTM Ground Sensor System

Innovative Wireless Technologies, (IWT) announced the launch of its second generation Coyote UGSTM Unattended Ground Sensor system, for public safety and defense sectors.

These unique ground sensors provide Force protection; Infrastructure protection and Border security, with its superior communication capability, effortless operation and customized target sensing, Whereas, IWT’s first generation Coyote UGSTM, with its low power, mesh networking technology sensed jagged topography economically.

Coyote UGSTM surpasses the existing networking infrastructure, by its remote programming, network scalability, auto therapeutic network availability, cost effectiveness, low power design and novel sensing algorithms, thereby providing security solution for border agents.

With the challenging threats in the border, a system which reduces the burden on Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) emissaries, providing protection requires consideration, according to John Gargasz, Director of Business Development, IWT.
